INDT 2330 - Plant Design & Process Control3 credit(s)
The following course must be taken before or at the same time: INDT 1200 - Introduction to Programmable Controls and INDT 2300 - Fundamentals of Instrumentation
Introduction to process plant layout and piping design, chemical processing methods, and process and instrumentation diagrams. Philosophy and application of distributed control systems. Includes hardware, firmware, software, configuration, communications, and networking systems required to implement a distributed control strategy.
