Prerequisite (taken before): NURS 2100 - Lifespan III
The following course must be taken before or at the same time: NURS 2600 - Pathopharmacology IV , NURS 2700 - Nursing Judgment IV , ENGL 1020 - English Composition II
This course allows for further application of the concepts within the three domains of health and illness, health care recipient, and professional nursing. Emphasis is placed on meeting the health, wellness, and illness needs with multi-system and emergent health problems across the lifespan. Focus in on meeting the needs of the patient and families related to human flourishing, nursing judgment, professional identity, and spirit of inquiry in a variety of healthcare clinical settings.
