NURS 2200 - Pathopharmacology III2 credit(s)
Prerequisite (taken before): NURS 1600 - Pathopharmacology II
The following course must be taken before or at the same time: NURS 2100 - Lifespan III , NURS 2300 - Nursing Judgment III
This course continues the study of pharmacology combined with the study of pathophysiology of disease processes; linking the two to support key concepts of both domains. Pharmacological nursing practice across the lifespan and the concepts of pathophysiology are presented in an integrated manner to provide a basis for study of selected medication that are used to treat or manage concepts of complex health problems with application to nursing practice.
