CNST 2720 - Site Management

Prerequisite (taken before):  
This course is designed to give the student working knowledge of the management duties required to successfully operate a commercial construction site. Students will gain hands-on experience in site logistics, scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination, quality control to industry standards, and communication skills essential for leadership.
