The following course must be taken before or at the same time: HLTH 2030 - Advanced EMT (AEMT)  
The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) practicum provides supervised clinical and field experiences. Students integrate classroom knowledge and hands-on skills in real healthcare and prehospital settings. Emphasis is placed on demonstrating competency in patient care, communication, teamwork, professionalism, and critical thinking while applying positive affective behaviors.
