OTHA 1030 - Fundamentals of OT4 credit(s)
This course provides students with an introduction to therapy and the role of the assistant. Topics include history, philosophy, role delineation, supervision, scope, theories and models, ethics, values, and practice framework of the profession. This course provides students with the role of research and evidence-based practice, importance of scholarly activities and how literature contributes to development of the profession.
