Prerequisite (taken before): INDT 1100 - Concepts of Electronics I
The study of the measurement and control of process variables to include the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of sensors, transducers, control elements and other devices used in process control. Emphasis on the calibration of equipment used to measure flow rate, pressure, temperature, and level.
