PHED 1010 - Introduction to Athletic Training1 credit(s)
The primary purpose of this course is to allow students to explore the profession of athletic training. Students will gain knowledge on the scope of athletic training practice, basic medical terminology, injury nomenclature, and ethical and legal aspects of health care. Students in the course should intend to pursue a career in athletic training, or another allied health profession.
