BSAD 2200 - Introduction to Business Law3 credit(s)
This is a survey course covering the legal aspects of business decision making. It is designed to provide students with an understanding of our legal system and introduce them to many legal issues that managers and entrepreneurs face. The course relies on the development and use of legal logic to understand laws and cases, as well as to recognize the need for professional counsel.
