The investigation of the rights and responsibilities of consumers. This includes identifying guidelines for selecting goods and services while providing students with informed consumer choices. The course also aims to familiarize students with relevant laws and regulations for consumers, including the roles of Federal and State Consumer Protection Agencies in safeguarding consumer rights and enforcing these regulations.
