CRIM 2590 - Contemporary Issues in Criminal Justice3 credit(s)
Introduces students to current social issues impacting the criminal justice field and its professionals, victims and defendants. Possible topics include racism, sexism, homophobia, poverty, hate crimes, capital punishment, addiction, ethics, gangs, child abuse, terrorism, sexual assault, domestic violence, suicide, mental illness, pornography, prostitution and other timely topics.
