ENHS 2060 - Incident & Accident Investigation3 credit(s)
This course provides a practical approach to investigating workplace accidents by emphasizing how to conduct a thorough investigation, find the root cause(s) and make effective recommendations to prevent similar occurrences from happening again. The course includes case studies and other examples to illustrate the concepts as well as practical tools such as forms and checklists.
