Program Description
The Paramedicine program is designed to prepare students for employment in a variety of positions within Emergency Medical Services including government, hospital based and private ambulance services, hospitals, and patient transport services; along with the ability to serve as volunteer with specifically designated ambulance service. This program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), www.caahep.org. on the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP), www.coaemsp.org.
