Purpose


The Restaurant Management Certificate is intended to provide the student with an enhancement to his/her Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Degree.  Note: As an advanced certificate, some courses have pre-requisites.  The elective credits must be unique to other program credits.

Note: Program offered on the Hastings campus only.
