Prerequisite (taken before): ECED 1150 - Introduction to Early Childhood Education , ECED 1220 - Pre-Practicum
Provides an understanding of the developmental stages of children from 5-12 years by participating in hands-on experiences in selected early childhood settings. Students will develop an awareness of appropriate adult/child interaction while developing positive employee skills. Basic skills in planning and implementing a daily routine and curriculum activities for children from 5-12 years are also presented.
