Prerequisite (taken before): ENGL 0970 Reading & Writing Essentials II or appropriate test score.
This course prepares students for the variety of communication used in today’s workplace. Course content includes: writing memoranda, letters, reports, and electronic messages; delivering oral presentations; and developing interpersonal skills. Emphasis is on the integration of these skills with the use of technology.
